Account Executive (Immediate Start)

About The Role
This newly created role based at our Melbourne office in the CBD on St Kilda Road (near the Botanical Gardens) will see you responsible for extending the acceptance network of real time electronic processing across our merchant network.
You will be responsible for creating a call cycle to on-board new merchants, review existing merchants spend and usage, promote marketing campaigns to the network and facilitate training at merchant sites.
In a nutshell, make sure that individual merchant sites are using our product that have been signed up for by their head office function as well as calling on new businesses to bring them on board. You will also deal with any relationship, customer service and training matters within your customer base.
About You
Key to your success will be your ability to build strong relationships, sell and service and understand transactional volumes and determine gaps in the market where there is opportunity for further growth.
You will have
- 3 years plus sales experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Able to relate at all levels an able to explain technical to the non-technical
- Prior experience selling Saas products
- Experience in the payments industry
