Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our inbound sales team. This role will primarily focus on acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships within small business. Working closely with our aligned vendors to create hardware and software opportunities within a various group of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within different market segments and industries
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and engage with potential clients to understand their unique business needs
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and execute plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Create detailed quotes based on customer requirements and ensure accuracy in pricing and specifications
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate and secure the best possible pricing and solutions for each opportunity, optimizing value for customers.
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to provide insights and contribute to product development strategies
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
