Scanning Pens are hiring for a permanent, part-time role (working term-time only) Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm. The successful candidate will have holiday during all the school holidays in NSW - this is approximately 12 weeks leave a year.
You will be joining a growing team at the Parramatta office (situated in O’Connell St, North Parramatta opposite the Parramatta Leagues Club), working closely with our Global Operations Manager, to handle orders, returns and provide a high level of customer service. Your main duties will include all aspects of Order and Returns Management therefore you will need to have a good level of experience within operations or sales administration.
You’ll be the first point of contact for the company, assisting with all customer enquiries and product support so you’ll need to have great communication skills and an above average telephone manner. If you love people, this is a great choice of job! We want you to succeed in this role so full training will be given, however, if you have any experience in education tech, that would definitely be an advantage.
