This role is perfect for a highly motivated and passionate individual who is driven by success and looking to take their career to the next level. You will be working with Brisbane’s best real estate agency in a very high performing office.

As a Business Development Manager your key focus is to actively prospect and gain new business for the property management portfolio. Through prospecting and referrals, you will be required to prepare, present, and sell the property management services from Place to potential clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Actively prospecting yourself and Place for new business opportunities;
• Processing property enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face;
• Providing current rental market appraisals;
• On-boarding new managements including preparation amp; completion of Form 6’s;
• Ensure properties are ready for letting purposes;
• Opening property for public inspection and attending private inspections;
• Assist in receiving and processing tenant applications;
• Achieving monthly KPI’s and regularly reporting to your Office Manager and Director;
• Scheduling and conducting Saturday open homes;
• Building long term relationships with clients; and
• Preparing the successful tenants for handover to the property manager.

Requirements

• Current experience working as a BDM, Leasing and/or a Sales Associate is ideal;
• Previous sales experience working towards targets and KPI
• Strong knowledge and confidence in property management legislation;
• Immaculate presentation and communication skills;
• Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate; and
• Current Drivers’ license.
