About the role

You will provide high quality administration assistance to all operations service delivery arms in Melba's Central Highlands and Wimmera region.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the administrative functions associated with the NDIS and other funding bodies for the Outcomes Division of Melba Central Highlands.
  • Oversee the administrative functions associated with the NDIS and other funding bodies for the Outcomes Division of Melba Central Highlands ensuring that all requirements are met by the specified timeframe including maintain and track individual NDIS plan expiry dates, service bookings, plan management details, personal information and NDIS portal reports
  • Provide office management support to the Senior Outcomes Administrator, including, but not limited to, backfill of Reception when other staff unavailable, assistance to security, maintenance staff, contractors and other visitors on site.

You’ll have

  • Willingness to learn new skills, undertake ongoing training and be part of a team
  • A current drivers’ license
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
