Hey, you, could you be our newest Restaurant Manager? Based in the Social Quarter at Chadstone Shopping Centre, we're looking for someone to run one of our busiest sites! It's all hands on deck, supported by an incredible Area Leader and experienced Assistant Managers, you'll keep our Chaddy site running smoothly and take pride in our product and brand.
Our future Resto Manager is a hands-on legend ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Luckily, we know great talent when we see it, and we’re feelin’ good about your impending application.

We have 9 locations across Victoria and NSW and are looking for a natural leader to jump on board, when we open in July as Canberra's Restaurant Manager.

Now, here’s where you come in
- Drive our guest experience, and ensure all Fondarians are delivering the F.U.G Fonda Ultimate Guest Experience
- Demo and consistently deliver Fonda’s Steps of Service
- Oversee the execution (and enjoyment) of our food and bev
- Coach your fellow Fondarians and foster a culture of engagement and excellence
- Maintain stock levels (no one likes an empty fridge) and have excellent logging skills
- Manage labour costs, rostering and ensure timesheets are signed off on time and without pesky problems
- Manage the presentation of the restaurant and ensure it’s as ~immaculate~ as yourself
- Foster a fun, supportive casa environment
Requirements
As this is a Management position, previous hospitality experience in either front or back of house or any customer-facing role is advantageous, but it’s not required. (We’re cool like that).
The perfect Restaurant Manager will be
- Experienced. Ideally, you would have held a similar managerial position in a food-driven venue for a minimum of 2 years. Experience with reporting, stock control, OHS amp; handling venue security concerns will also fast-track your application.
- Leader material. We’re looking for someone with a knack for motivating and supporting others to bring their best selves to work.
- Knowledgeable. Proven success in driving revenue and profits, knowledge of liquor licensing laws and venue compliance obligations will seriously impress our hiring team.
- Organised and pragmatic. Are you a multi-tasking maven, able to think quickly on your feet? Get. That. Application. In!
- A great communicator. Blessed with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills? We’ve found the one. Bonus points for great delegators.
- Flexible. Our Managers often work flexi hours over five shifts, inc. nights amp; weekends.
- Financially astutue. Especially in regard to COGs and labour.
- Hospitality-focused. Obvs.
