Job Description

We are looking for an Fitness Assessment - Program Manager to join the F45 team. This individual will contribute to delivering a best-in class program and project management skills as well as establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact with assessments partners, individual candidates, and host F45 studios.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Onboard F45 Assessment Host studios through official training to be able to conduct the Pre-Entry Fitness Assessment (onboarding studios, coaches, etc.)
  • Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by internal management, and host studios, and/or individual candidates
  • Liaise between multiple stakeholders to coordinate assessments dates and times
  • Manage multiple schedules for multiple studios and candidates around Australia
  • Oversee the operations and performance of the studios completing the assessments, including the completion and filing of all necessary records
  • Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting candidate information, and managing assignments
  • Maintain candidate confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential (privacy consent policy)
  • Explain financial requirements and obligations to host studios
  • Travel to and spot-check host studio assessments
  • May be required to obtain a Security Clearance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 1+ year of experience with the F45 brand
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • A love of being organized amongst a high-change environment, often with competing priorities
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

Desirable Skills, Qualifications amp; Competencies

  • Australian Defence Force experience (Veteran)
  • Familiarization with the fitness assessment requirements and parameters
  • Australian Citizen, and ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance (if required)
  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred
  • Active AED and CPR certification preferred
  • Experience coaching and educating teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, write, communicate, solve, organize, integrate, and develop plans, processes, and procedures with the Armed Forces
