Place Sunnybank is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join their established, high performing team, working with the guidance of the Director or industry leading Agent. This opportunity is ideal for a hungry and motivated sales enthusiast who is looking to immerse themselves within a well known brand and learn from the best in the industry.

The role is both rewarding and challenging, whilst providing the candidate with a greater insight into Real Estate. The perfect combination of team and autonomous work, this role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

This opportunity requires the candidate to work on a permanent schedule including Saturdays. It is ideal that this candidate has a Real Estate Sales certificate or has the willingness to attain one in a short amount of time. While industry experience would be highly advantageous, this opportunity could be the perfect start for the right individual to grow and progress whilst learning from a supportive team.

The successful candidate will be provided with the best possible training in Real Estate for personal and professional growth.

Roles amp; Responsibilities

  • Buyer management and prospecting through cold/warm calls and daily client nurturing
  • Door knocking and letter box dropping (daily)
  • Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections
  • Coordinating client bookings
  • Database management and follow-up
  • General administration where required

Requirements

  • Speaking Chinese is ideal however not essential
  • High level of self-discipline and self-motivation with a positive mindset
  • Coachable, trustworthy, honest and willing to learn
  • Current QLD Driver’s Licence and suitable vehicle
  • Real Estate Sales Certificate or in the process of obtaining one
  • Experience in a customer facing industry and strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a target driven mindset and a well-organised nature
