About the Graduate Program
You will be given Sales Training, Mentorship, and a group of entry level customers within the Agriculture division to start you on your career. You will be eligible for our performance based Bonus after 6 months and after 12 months a review for a vehicle allowance. About the role
This role is balanced between hands-on visits with your customers and desk-based work.
A typical day involves information gathering, creating proposals, price negotiation, customer visits and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
You are a recent graduate or nearing completion of your studies in the field of Agriculture. You are ready to start a stable, long-term career starting as one of our Sales Consultants.

Ideally you have previous customer service experience but we are open to all backgrounds of experience.
