Due to internal movements, we have an opening for a Regional Inventory and Repack Planning Manager to ensure all Inventory Product management procedures are completed on time and in full, leading to Production running without delays and/or shortages. Other duties include:
- Ensuring all Inventory department amp; Site safety procedures are followed at all times, being a Safety advocate on site;
- Maintenance of all systems as per SOP’s and WI’s;
- Support all teams by ensuring seamless FC Inventory flows;
- Lead project improvements, both self defined and as directed by Senior Management;
- Marley Spoon Repacking Planning;
- Site Stock Control.
Requirements
- Ability to work with, guide and influence people from cross functional disciplines to achieve business outcomes.
- High emotional intelligence to relate to individuals at all levels.
- Data driven and good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Degree in a relevant field, or similar work experience.
- Software Skills - Ability to effectively utilize software platforms including ERP (Microsoft Business Central) and Google Suite (Sheets/Doc etc).
