About the role
We are seeking professional Senior Accounts Payable Officer who can demonstrate attention to detail, a strong understanding of AP processes and drive for process improvements.
In this role, you will:
- Continually seek process improvements to ensure the AP function runs accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function through processing, reconciliations, matching to POs and preparation of payment runs in an accurate and timely manner for Seer and its subsidiaries.
- Management of the Accounts Payable inbox.
- Assisting in month-end duties, including balance sheet recons
- Managing team expenses reimbursement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
- Management of International processing and payments.
- Daily processing of credit card transactions.
- Assist with the transition of the business to the new PO process.
- Intercompany transaction processing.
- Responsible for the reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Reconciliation of travel expenses.
- Completion of credit applications.
Your experience:
- Minimum five years experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience within a deadline-driven environment will be advantageous.
- Experience with Xero, Divipay, Airwallex and Dext is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with multi currencies.
- Experienced in intercompany transactions.
- Strong technical AP experience in both the manufacturing and service industries.
- Skilled in working with suppliers and internal stakeholders and building relationships.
