An incredible opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and passionate Executive Assistant to join a powerful industry agent who has 20+ years of experience! You will be working from the beautifully constructed James Street office, where you will be developing your skills daily whilst having a heavy focus on team accountability.

We are looking for an individual who is a team player and is willing to go the extra mile to create a world class experience for client engagement. Due to the high nature of this role the successful candidate will be a process driven individual with a passion for organisation and who is one step ahead for the team.

This is not a typical 9-5 role; however, you will be rewarded for your hard work and efforts put towards the team!

  • Executive Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
  • Extensive diary management ensuring the Lead Agent has their days and time with clients and team maximised;
  • Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing with absolute accuracy;
  • Email management and agenda creation for team meetings;
  • Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings;
  • Self-managing day to day tasks; and
  • Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience;
  • Social media and digital marketing management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high functioning real estate role is required (2+ years in Property Management or Sales Administration)
  • A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently;
  • Exceptional attention to detail amp; communication skills written amp; verbal;
  • Exemplary organisation and time management skills;
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation (REX CRM) and Microsoft Office package; and
  • Holding a current QLD Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
