Place Sunnybank is seeking a driven Sales Associate to join one of our sales agents and help contribute to an exceptionally hardworking office.
The ideal candidate has a Real Estate Sales certificate or has finished their course and is ready to submit with the Office of Fair Training. While confidence and communication skills are crucial, experience within the industry is not mandatory, but highly advantageous. We provide year round training to help propel your sales career to the next level.
Requirements
The role will involve the following tasks:
- Prospecting cold calls, warm calls, client nurturing (daily);
- Prospecting door knocking (daily);
- Letter box dropping;
- Database management as required;
- Conducting open homes and other inspections;
- Following compliance procedures;
- Coordinating client bookings and meetings;
- Team player mentality and understanding of team goals;
- Consistently demonstrate a learning and growth mindset;
- Attending valuations, inspections, buyer appointments; and
- Demonstrating initiative and looking for a career to develop in - not just a job.
Due to the importance of this role, you will need:
- High level of self-discipline and self motivation;
- Culture and value aligned towards long term growth in the industry;
- Positive mindset, target driven, well-organised nature;
- High energy, vivid character, willingness to learn;
- Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle;
- Real Estate Sales Certificate or close to obtaining one;
- Experience in a customer facing industry (preferably sales, hospitality);
- Strong communication skills;
- High attention to detail.
