The Role

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Sales Administrator / Executive Assistant to join our team. You will provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of the Albany Creek office:


  • Prepare and process of Form 6s and Contracts;
  • Coordinate all vendor bookings and materials, including magazine and newspaper advertising;
  • Providing professional communication to clients and a positive end-to-end experience;
  • Organise office functions, outings, and events, to create engagement with the team and local community;
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members;
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the team;
  • Database management;
  • General ad hoc duties as needed;

The successful candidate will have a bubbly, welcoming personality and strive to go above and beyond to continuously provide and improve customer experiences.


  • Strong administrative experience - ideally 2 years in a support role
  • Previous experience in Real Estate highly desirable
  • A team player who possesses a genuine passion to help others succeed
  • Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
