Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking another experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager to service some of our key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational relationship of your clients including SLA's, change management, structured reporting, and continual improvement;
  • Directly project manage any deployments, migrations or significant technology changes;
  • Guide your clients' strategic technical roadmaps;
  • Ensure blueAPACHE are meeting its obligations regarding Service Levels, performance, and configurations.
  • To provide excellence in customer service and communication, ensuring customer satisfaction of the highest level.
  • Strategic engagement with assigned Managed Service Customers C level teams to align blueAPACHE correctly with clients short, medium- and long-term objectives
  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in your allocated Managed Service Customers and internal blueAPACHE teams

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience as a Technical Service Delivery Manager
  • Previous experience with customers with large environments of 500+ seats
  • ICT Systems engineering background with demonstrated experience in project management, delivery management, leadership and client management.
  • Solid background in Network, Server and/or Cloud Infrastructure design and support.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and investigating technical and business issues in time pressured environments
  • Previous experience in providing contracted Managed and IaaS services will be a distinct advantage
