Job Description
Triskele Labs are a leading provider of cybersecurity services in Australia. Since 2014, we have grown to a team of over 60 across Australia. We have undergone a brand refresh through an external agency, and now looking for an internal Digital Marketing Manager to take this further and run the internal program. Working closely with our externally sourced content team, and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for the full end to end marketing program at Triskele Labs. This will include further refinement of the marketing strategy, development of the marketing calendar, and all facets of execution.
This position is open to individuals across Australia and is fully remote. This is not open to overseas applicants.

Skills
We are looking for someone who has a background in Digital Marketing and looking to take ownership of an end to end marketing program for a growing company. You will have full flexibility in the execution and implementation of the plan, further developing our brand re-market. We are looking for the ideal candidate with the following skills:
- Prior experience in a marketing manager role within a B2B company
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Desire to work independently and draw on other resources as needed
- Someone who thinks outside the box to market out unique differentiators
- Ability to market as a business to business operator
The ideal candidate will poses unique ideas and contributions for a professional organisation. We are not looking to be the next tiktok brand, or interested in Facebook pages. Instead, looking for innovative strategies for a professional B2B organisation.
Requirements
Own the overall approach to marketing within Triskele Labs and work with Triskele Labs team members to continually improve our marketing approach.
- Drive the strategic outcomes including revenue growth.
- Develop and implement marketing plans.
- Write blog posts based on latest news and on your own research.
- Overall management and maintenance of the Triskele Labs website.
- Central point of contact for event coordination.
- Overall direction and management of other team members.
- Working with Triskele Labs team members to develop content.
- Development of monthly marketing email (State of Cyber)
- Coordination of security bulletins as new security issues are identified.
- Annual development of the Triskele Labs annual state of cyber.
- Ongoing management of social media including LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Review and recommendations of paid advertising.
- Update website content as needed.
- Ongoing management of site-based SEO.
- Increasing organic traffic to the website.
- Management of any Pay Per Click (PPC) strategies.
- Overall management of Triskele Labs website (Hubspot) including forms.
- Development of new images and graphics as needed for website and social media.
- Development of graphics for content as needed.
- Ongoing management and development of brand packs.
- Coordination of content with our outsourced content team.
- Development of case studies including interviews and video case studies.
