We are looking for applicants in an early career role (i.e., 0-2 years' experience) as an Associate Consultant or Associate Analyst. You will be a valued team member on consulting projects for our public sector clients who:
- Executes analytics designed by senior team members
- Designs slides and outputs that summarise key findings
- Communicates findings in reports and in client meetings

Requirements
- Australian citizenship required
- Qualifications in actuarial studies, commerce, computer science, economics and/or finance
- Previous consulting experience desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated interest in solving complex problems in the public sector
- A commitment to ethics and integrity
- Experience working with or willingness to learn data analysis techniques (Excel, Python, R, modelling, visualisation)
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and a creative mindset
- Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
- Personal accountability a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Team player having an ability to work well with others, positive attitude, and growth mindset
