Sales Assistant to Jason Song Place Sunnybank

Are you looking for a position where client interaction is high and opportunities for learning are uncapped? Place Sunnybank is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Trainee / Sales Associates to join a high performing sales agent and an exceptionally hardworking office. This opportunity is ideal for a hungry and motivated sales enthusiast who is looking to gain training and build a career path in the Real Estate field.

This role is both rewarding and challenging, whilst providing the candidate with a greater insight into the Real Estate industry. If you are a confident communicator who enjoys working in a positive and engaging work environment, this is the ideal role for you.

This opportunity requires the candidate to work every Saturday. It is ideal that this candidate has a Real Estate Sales certificate or has finished their course and are ready to submit with the Office of Fair Trading.

The successful candidate will be provided with the best possible training in Real Estate for personal and professional growth within a wonderful market.

Experience within the industry would be highly advantageous however not necessary as this opportunity can be taken as a chance for the right candidate to learn and grow! Requirements

The role will involve the following tasks; please apply only if you can see yourself committing to performing the following responsibilities consistently:

  • Prospecting cold calls, warm calls, client nurturing (daily);
  • Prospecting door knocking (daily);
  • Letter box dropping;
  • Database management as required;
  • Conducting open homes and other inspections;
  • Following compliance procedures;
  • Coordinating client bookings and meetings;
  • Team player mentality and understanding of team goals;
  • Consistently demonstrate a learning and growth mindset;
  • Attending valuations, inspections, buyer appointments; and
  • Demonstrating initiative and looking for a career to develop in - not just a job.

Due to the importance of this role, you will need:

  • High level of self-discipline and self motivation;
  • Culture and value aligned towards long term growth in the industry;
  • Positive mindset, target driven, well-organised nature;
  • High energy, vivid character, willingness to learn;
  • Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle;
  • Real Estate Sales Certificate or close to obtaining one;
  • Experience in a customer facing industry (preferably sales, hospitality);
  • Strong communication skills;
  • High attention to detail.
