About the Role:This role leads the modernization of PEXA’s property exchange and refinance platform in Australia. The role is accountable for the end to end lifecycle management of our products, focusing on newly developed products for our ecosystem agnostic product suite. The solutions will be targeted at all existing segments, plus adjacent property-oriented ecosystems with a lens on global reuse. The role will interact with segment and channel managers, technology, marketing, legal and regulatory teams across the PEXA Group.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a modern modular product architecture that not only works within the Australian context, but can also operate effective off our global platform
- Develop and execute product lifecycle plans for a portfolio of products in the Product Team that support PEXA’s ecosystem, powered by PEXA strategy
- Develop and execute strategy to work with adjacent property ecosystem operators such as CRM providers who can become effective retail distributors or PEXA’s services
- Develop pricing models with collaboration from frontline staff, market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage the portfolio’s revenue forecasts and actively track the actual to forecast.
- Manage and engage stakeholders across the business to ensure buy in of features, plan for delivery and execution to market. Ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of status as product development progresses.
- Plan and manage go to market and training activities across allocated products with the support of Group shared services ensuring a consistent approach which is well managed.
- Manage the product development in line with risk management and legal requirements.
- Develop business cases when required per the Investment Case framework.
- Work with the product team by ensuring product decisions are in line with the Product strategy and roadmap.
- Support the frontline staff with value propositions, sales collateral and customer engagement when required.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers. This includes managing legal agreements and communications between frontline staff and the delivery team.
Key Skills and Experience:- Demonstrated experience as a platform-oriented product manager
- Knowledge of and practical experience in designing, with technology a modern modular product architecture
- Experience in managing an API / widget-based products within a distribution channel
- Willingness to be hands on, collaborative and operate in a close knit and agile team
- Known for high degree of integrity and trust
- Excellent written and communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Familiarity with Agile tools, such as, Jira and confluence an advantage
- A team player who embraces challenges, manages issues and provides solutions
