About the RoleThe Delivery Lead will work closely and collaborate with Product Managers and the delivery squads to ensure timely delivery of the value-added services/products and/or releases as per the Product Roadmaps and agreements with Customers, within the relevant budget/scope.
Specifically, the Product Delivery lead works closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners and Technology to define holistic delivery activities and timeframes for both individual products and the product portfolio. This approach adopts modern continuous planning techniques to ensure individual and portfolio delivery health is maintained. and its iterations and works across teams to implement and manage the plan. This role is critical in ensuring cross functional teams are streamlined in their activities and goals to deliver outcomes for Customers. In addition, this role will be responsible for the effective reporting of delivery activities to keep all relevant stakeholders informed of progress and to enable effective product decision making.
Key Accountabilities:
- The Delivery Lead within the Product Team will take on the following accountabilities:
- Working collaboratively across required teams to develop relevant detailed delivery plans for the portfolio of Digital Products, throughout the delivery phase (e.g. planning and requirements to production ready)
- Implementation and management of the delivery plan, particularly technology squads assist with breakdowns and estimations of work required to deliver on product requirements, forecast delivery timelines / delivery roadmaps and adjustments as required and hold teams accountable to delivery timeline
- Effective reporting of delivery implementation activities to relevant stakeholders and to aid transparency and effective decision making
- Support Product Managers as required
- Adhere to PEXA values and demonstrate these day-to-day
