We are a small, well funded company that services some of the biggest names in the country and are currently looking for a payroll consultant to act as a Customer Success Manager in our PaidRight Services team, working directly with our high touch customers to help them to achieve results.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer matters within your remit, supporting our customers to understand the PaidRight experience and their role in it
- Maximise customer value by helping customers to best use PaidRight to answer their questions amp; solve their problems
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, following PaidRight best practice
- Develop strong, long lasting, trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders including executive sponsors
- Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
- Develop new value opportunities for existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Forecast amp; track key customer account metrics
- Collaborate with the Growth team to identify and grow opportunities within customer accounts
Requirements
- Proven work experience in the payroll domain, ideally in a consulting style of role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Solid experience with G-Suite or MS Office
- Experience delivering solutions focused on customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple customer projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- BA/BS degrees in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales or other relevant field
