We also support our client training programme and lead global partnerships with external providers.This role is a great opportunity for a genuine self- starter, for someone who wants to be pushed out of their comfort zone as you support our Global Head of Training to truly innovate our function. You will be able to shape and develop your role as it is not set in stone today, so it’s is important you’re up for a reasonably high level of ambiguity and will be energised by that. If you’re naturally curious; have a strong entrepreneurial spirit; and is someone who proactively seeks out or creates new opportunities this could be the role for you.You get stuff done and make it happen. You are low fuss, willing to give things a go and move on if it doesn’t work. You constantly look for ways to innovate, citing best practice opportunities and improve the status quo by automating tasks and processes, making them scalable for significant growth. It is just who you are, and how your friends describe you.We’re not looking for normal, we want someone who can take us on a journey to the next level, and beyond we want someone to push us our of our comfort zone, to help us redefine best practice for capability building / training. This will be a busy role, one where you’ll have a lot of moving pieces and priorities to juggle. While you’ll be supporting the business globally, most of your time will be dedicated to the Australia New Zealand (ANZ) region where you’ll be expected to help cite these innovation opportunities but then focus on driving their implementation before they’re then rolled out to the rest of our regions. To do this, you will need the following must haves: Experience
  • At least 4-5 years’ experience as a dedicated Training manager who has significant experience of improving operations; In total more than 6 years’ experience as a Training expert / specialist
  • Personal experience and knowledge of driving innovation, ideally in a training function, of ‘pushing the envelope’ for change from an almost traditional learning experience to something leading-edge, ideally ground-breaking. Strong, proven thought leadership and senior stakeholder management, as well as networking and relationship building across a complex business
  • Experience in best-practice end-to-end learning delivery from needs analysis through to evaluation, content development, delivery, and measurement. [Note: Facilitation skills are not required for the role]
  • Significant experience in designing, developing, and implementing frameworks to strengthen people’s capabilities, faster
  • Significant experience in the application of best in class blended learning principals, , ensuring materials are well designed, with highly interactive content
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Proven track record at a management level within a complex organisation; where strategic and people leadership skills have been paramount including team strong coaching and management of a small team
  • Highly effective project management skills; ability to prioritise and deliver within a complex working environment with competing priorities. Proven experience in dealing with a high level of ambiguity and push back Technically savvy; have a sound understanding of Moodle and other LMS systems

Ideally you will also have:
  • Experience working within a global professional services company, effectively supporting remote colleagues across multiple cultures and time zones
You will have wide-ranging experience in a Learning and Development / Training environment, where you have previously led and have filled a core role as part of a broader global team. Moreover you are used to a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. You have significant experience in designing programmes while applying best in class / leading industry standards to innovate.
