As a newly created position, the Compliance Team Leader will act as a support to the Head of Legal, Compliance and Contracts to deliver exceptional services across the department with a particular focus on training (direct team and across Place), team support and guidance, and compliance activities.
To be successful in this position, extensive experience in conveyancing will be required as well as proven experience leading and growing capability within teams, and an open mindset towards learning new things and being responsible for varied tasks.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from our HQ located on James Street, Fortitude Valley.
Requirements

This role requires exceptional communication and problem solving skills and has client facing aspects that require the employee to be level headed, logical in their approach and resourceful. Conveyancing experience is a must as it will provide the foundation of knowledge for the successful candidate to succeed.
