THE OPPORTUNITY
More than just a Client Services role, you have the ability to play to your strengths in this business and grow our client base as we continue to develop in the market. Unlike larger companies, you will work alongside the Directors and leadership team every day which assists with exposure, growth and investment in the success of the business. Internal business title is Client Services Representative.
The role offers a unique blend of client interaction and service, partnering with our high energy brokers who are committed to client service, working with partners to execute transactions.
- Be the connector of the business - liaise with several internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies, if you can think of a better ways we want to hear it!
- Partner with third parties and internal brokers to support client needs.
- Work within multiple systems to support and process transactions.
