Who We Are

Our team is growing - and we are seeking a motivated, experienced, commercially-driven Project Manager to join our Hallam-based team. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of projects ensuring alignment with the companies strategic direction.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Taking a project from sales handover and manage the project delivery through to install with installation contractor.
• Great attention to detail and engineering mindset to understand plans and co-ordination
• Sales amp; Customer Service Mindset required and ability to build great client relationships
• Ability to have firm and tough conversations where needed and keep project momentum
• Keep client communication with project progress from confirmed order stage until the completion of product installation by their client
• Coordinate with clients to get site measures, shop drawings, and manage technical aspects of the project.
• Prepare the project documents and the production orders.
• Procurement of products and work orders
• Conduct project meetings with clients and internal team members

• Assist with the design of the installation plan for projects. Including working through the required details with builders and contractors.
• Prepare standard panel schedules and initial procurement plans to meet the requirements of each project.
• Build strong relationships with clients that result in business growth.
• 1-2 site visits per week.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3 years of project Management experience in a similar industry
• Have a sales-driven mindset
• Have Technical and Engineering mindset
• Great Customer service skills
• Firm and confident in dealing with projects
• Excellent communicator
• Natural Problem Solver
• Able to work under pressure with tight project timelines
• Business Acumen
