About Neami National
Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.
We have been providing mental health support for over 30 years. We were founded on an alliance between professionals, individuals and their families. Collaborative recovery remains at the heart of who we are today.
About your new role:
The Senior Project Lead will be primarily responsible for providing comprehensive project support to the establishment and coordination of the Regional Care Partnership Geelong-Otways. Delivered in partnership with community organisations, this service focuses on people experiencing mental ill health, and/or addiction, their families, and carers through a no wrong door approach. The service will offer a holistic approach to care, addressing a broad range of social, physical, and emotional needs, supported by best practice in evidence-based and evidence informed care.
This role will assist the Regional Manager in developing the work program, including the design of a robust project management framework, setting of priorities, monitoring of key project milestones, and managing the process from start-up to initial implementation.
