About Neami National
Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.
We have been providing mental health support for over 30 years. We were founded on an alliance between professionals, individuals and their families. Collaborative recovery remains at the heart of who we are today.
About your new role:
The Clinical Service Manager (CSM) will ensure the Regional Care Partnership (RCP) provides safe and effective, immediate, and short to medium term responses to people experiencing mental health and/or alcohol and other drug concerns. As the CSM you will initiate, lead, and coordinate strategic partnerships within the community, including with Public Mental Health Services, Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services, local government, community housing, and health and welfare providers, to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for consumers. In collaboration with partners, staff and consumers, the CSM will identify service gaps in the local community and develop appropriate models of service delivery to address these gaps.
