Our Financial Controller leads the charge in protecting and propelling our organisation’s financial future. Working alongside our Managing Director, you have an integral role in formulating strategies and bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table while ensuring all aspects of finance remain tight-knit and functioning optimally!
You'll be entrusted to boost our company's success through effective strategising and tapping into your analytical powers and financial expertise to discover meaningful insights - not just past trends!
Equally exciting is striking a balance between advising senior team members on improving the financial performance landscape, adapting to changes, and adjusting strategies accordingly while safeguarding against risks. You'll also be able to share your knowledge with an offshore finance team with whom you can mentor and shape their professional growth in return.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field,
- 7 years of experience in financial management,
- 3 years in a senior financial and a team leadership role
- Experience in the logistics industry,
- Experience with company trusts, property management, and
- Mergers and acquisitions (Mamp;A) are preferred
- Strategic thinking
- Strong communication
- Proactive approach and willingness to dive in and take a hands-on approach
- Interpersonal Skills
