- Are able to work in the Hallam Office (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure profitable sales orders by maintaining ownership of opportunities from the tender stage through to order placement.
- Provides quotes and managing orders.
- Proactively engage and follow up with stakeholders for the necessary prerequisites and feedback to progress the opportunity to the next stage.
- Assisting Project Manager where needed, but mainly to follow up on project deals in its early stages.
- Proactively engage with all relevant influencers to ensure full visibility of project status.
- Manage and progress projects via outbound proactive phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Be able to travel and so site visits as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in project sales, opportunity management and customer service.
- Experience in construction industry is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail is a key requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have the right mindset, attitude and be highly trainable.
- A charismatic personality and natural ability to negotiate.
- Ability to understand client needs and pain points and build long-term lasting relationships.
- A proactive amp; resourceful self-starter who can work autonomously and also integrate into sales team and process.
