About the Role:
The Office Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and front of house whilst supporting other key business activities and events. Reporting into the CEO the role will be based in both Darlinghurst and Smithfield.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Vinidex Head Office and reception activities (answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing and assisting visitors)
- Coordinating and managing preparation of key events including staff functions, communication sessions with employees, special dinners, other events and catering
- Coordinating key company and organisational announcements
- Coordinating visits from external organisations, VIP guests, group visitors
- Booking all travel for the CEO
- Assisting the Executive Team with travel bookings and queries and monitor/coordinate the online booking system
- Liaising with external clients, internal departments and Aliaxis APAC and Group
- Providing administrative support for all Sydney based executives as required.

- Active participation and responsibility of ensuring a safe working environment for own self and others
- Reporting all potential hazards, injuries, incidents, near misses and injuries using the correct process
