An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, hands-on State Manager has become available for our Stores in VIC, SA and WA. Reporting to the General Manager the State Manager role will be responsible for achieving sales and budgets, stock management, team training amp; development and merchandising across all serviced concession sites in Australia. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with our brand partners and brand ambassadors. Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
- Multi-Site/cluster/Flagship Management experience
- A passion to delivery outstanding results, KPI's and budgets
- Someone who can train and deliver amazing Customer Service
- A keen eye for Visual Merchandising
- Prior experience in Fashion Retail, Footwear preferred but not essential
- Someone with excellent personal skills who can develop strong relationships
- Superior stock and shrinkage management
- Innovative ideas to improve customer satisfaction
- Someone who is motivated and driven by an autonomous role
