About the role
Our partner network is home to thousands of accountants, bookkeepers and consultancies. You'll create strong relationships with these existing partners in every market (from the UK to Singapore!), introducing them to our wider product set.
We're looking for a visionary and commercially minded people leader. This role will be right for you if you're ambitious, partner-obsessed and have hands-on knowledge of digital marketing channels.
You'll be joining a highly specialised team of almost 50 marketeers! They're a diverse bunch who love share their knowledge and working on impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with our existing partners, showing them some "customer love" and introducing them our wider product set
- Construct and deliver a partner marketing plan, ensuring commercial needs and targets are met
- Lead and nurture a growing team of marketing experts
- Use your expertise to enhance our understanding of target audiences
- Work cross-functionally with our product, partner sales, commercial ops and CX teams
Requirements
- You're partner obsessed and detail-oriented
- You have 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment (either agency or in-house)
- You have hands-on, best practice knowledge of digital marketing channels (such as SEM, SEO, Online Display, Social Media, Affiliate and Email)
- You're proficient with marketing analytics and automation technology e.g. Google 360 Suite, Braze, Salesforce, Marketo
- You're proficient at assessing and reporting on campaign effectiveness
- You're a motivated self-starter and you're excited about joining a fast-paced, remote-first environment!
