What’s the opportunity?

BravoAuto are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join their team in Greystanes.

Below are the duties and responsibilities of the role, please note they are not limited to:

  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
  • Drive efficiency and speed in customer service for lead processing
  • Attend to customer complaints, ensuring these are positively resolved within a timely manner. issue refunds or compensation to customers with appropriate
  • Providing high quality customer service to all customers via phone (primarily
  • inbound), Live Chat and email
  • Conduct amp; oversee lead generation and sales calls
  • Live the Values - Demonstrate your beliefs
  • Motivate amp; Communicate Influence and inspire with clarify and credibility

About you:

  • Salesforce (marketing and service cloud)
  • Experience in a similar client facing / customer service role
  • Experience in a Leadership role
  • Product knowledge expertise
  • Retail management experience Sales and Service
  • Sales lead and opportunity management in Salesforce
  • Good working relations in a team environment
  • High volume site experience (desirable not required)
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive industry, OEM requirements. (desirable not required)
