The successful candidate will have a background in Property Management with proven experience in running a solution focused end to end portfolio. You’ll provide 6 star service to a growing rent roll in the Eastern suburbs, be forward thinking, ambitious and excited to contribute to the Place brand!

Responsibilities

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships and managing client focused actions on your property portfolio;
• Full responsibility for ongoing management, repairs, routine inspections, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties as well as lease renewals;
• Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio;
• Diarising inspections and preparation of invites and entry, associated documentation; and
• Participate in all training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Placing the right candidate is important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be vital:
• Extensive Property Management Experience (2-4 years) and proven ability to work within PropertyMe is advantageous;
• Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Drivers License;
• Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential and first class customer service comes naturally to you;
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with responsibility over your own work and the work of others (risk management) and first class presentation and communication (both written and verbal);
• Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
