The mission
To discover, create, and deliver improvements in the quality, robustness, efficiency, and ease of use of our internal IT systems. Some of the improvements will be implemented directly by you and your teammates, whilst others will be done by external vendors under your guidance.
The role
Empowered by the leadership team, you will define and simplify existing IT and solutions operations and improve overall usability and stability of internal IT processes across the FMH Group and its subsidiaries.
You will help to create and deploy standard infrastructure, networks, and solutions that are stable, secure, and fit for purpose.
Vendor Management: work with and manage our IT Vendor relationships to ensure robust, efficient and easy to use solutions are delivered to internal customers. Examples of the vendors involved include an external IT provider (O365, desktop/laptop provisioning networking etc), and Salesforce.
The role is Melbourne based with flexible work. A mix of remote and on site at our Moorabbin office and other sites around Melbourne. There might also be opportunities for interstate travel at times.
