Job Description
Our Trivett Service centre based at Kippa-Ring are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our highly successful team. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Service Manager to drive and maximise productivity, efficiency and profitability through providing quality workmanship and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties include:
- Coordinate daily service bookings and ensuring that all Technicians are efficiently allocated
- Assist with implementing and driving strategies to improve site productivity, performance and revenue growth in line with budget and site requirements
- Assist the Service Manager through regularly reviewing external service providers costs, workmanship and quality of work leaving the service centre
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships including quoting and explaining completed service works
- Support a high performance culture and assist with recruitment and employee appraisals to support the ongoing development of team members
To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to display:
- Previous experience and demonstrated success in a similar role
- Experience with leading a small team
- Highly developed customer service skills including ability to confidently resolve conflict
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Well organised and efficient with high attention to detail
- A high level of professionalism
- Current Driver's licence and clean driving record
You will need to demonstrate your desire to perform at the highest level whilst helping to create an environment that is totally focused on customer service.
