The opportunity
We are looking for Civil Project Engineer to join our Project Management team in Adelaide to contribute to our portfolio of clients that are seeking our advisory services on a range of projects across various infrastructure sectors including bridges, tunnels, water supply, roads and rail projects.
You will:?
- Manage the design development of complex infrastructure projects
- Manage construction phase activities to ensure high quality outcomes.
- Assist with the development of delivery and construction strategies.
- Coordinate and manage the engagement of specialist engineering, construction and commercial consultants.
- The opportunity to contribute to the delivery of state and national significant projects
- Developed core project management skills such as cost management, quality assurance, reporting, preparation of monthly progress claims and cash flow projections.
- Manage project timelines and budgets including identification and management of project risks.
- Experience in working in the live construction environment.
- Collaborate and work closely with our clients to achieve exceptional outcomes.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a civil engineer working on infrastructure projects
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in civil engineering?(or equivalent)
- Delivery Tier 1-2 experience is highly valuable
- Understanding of WHS processes and policy
- Forecasting and cost control experience in a commercial environment is advantageous
- Be able to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills
