We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and operationally savvy Team Leader to join our team based in Greystanes.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Liaise with Teams to ensure the completion of work within the timeframes set down in the Service Level Agreement with customers
- Ensure timely processing of all customer products both inbound and outbound within specified KPIs and compliance thereof
- Assist in the maintenance of materials handling equipment
- Assist with bin maintenance and slotting exercises to ensure system/shelf integrity
- Be aware of individual and team KPIs to ensure delivery of Seamless, Responsive Solutions
- Ensure OHamp;S guidelines are incorporated into daily activities
- Challenge existing work processes to improve operational efficiency amp; effectiveness
- Implement a culture of Teamwork and develop teams with the Drive 5 behaviours
- Ensure the timely processing of inbound and outbound product to deliver Seamless, Responsive Solutions to customers.
- Review of operational processes and make recommendations for streamlining where possible.
To be successful in the role you will you will possess the following:
- 2+ years warehouse team leading experience
- Team leading skills
- A forklift drivers licence
- Strong organisational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manager workflow
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to organise work load with limited supervision
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate computer skills
