With this volume he requires a strong, hardworking team and the opportunity to join doesn’t often arise! You will be exposed to all facets of the Real Estate industry whilst working with an agent with a reputation that speaks for itself.

This role will not have you chained to a desk, but you will be out and about in the community and loving every minute of it!

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments such as Building amp; Pest, valuations, photoshoots amp; pre-settlement inspections
• Open Home’s / Buyer Appointments
• Mange and nurture the database
• Prospecting a well looked after database warm calls!!
• Negotiations
• Identifying leads in your agent’s core market

Requirements

• At least 12 months experience in the Real Estate Industry
• Current QLD Sales Registration amp; Drivers License
• Strong communication / Attention to detail
• Organisation amp; can workunder pressure
• Have the ability to multitask due to the high volume of work
• Be a team player and always striving for the best results
