Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and purpose-driven aged care provider to contribute to the effective recruitment and talent acquisition of our diverse workforce!

Respect currently has 19 residential aged care homes across New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania and our plan is to continue to expand. We also operate Retirement Living and Home Care.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to work collaboratively with our leadership team and hiring managers. The position will be focused on workforce planning, recruitment solutions and building talent acquisition strategies, processes and capabilities across the organisation.

You will be working closely with our existing Recruitment Specialist to support the delivery of our recruitment service across the organisation.

Requirements

What you can bring to the role:

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role - either external agency or internal.
  • The ability to develop and implement innovative and contemporary recruitment-related strategies.
  • The ability to provide timely and accurate advice to potential candidates and internal representatives in relation to recruitment practices, policies and procedures.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail that encompasses sound written communication skills with the ability to formulate effective recruitment advertising and related material.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
