We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team on a full-time and part-time basis at our newly acquired Lyrebird Village home in Drouin, Victoria. We have multiple part-time positions available.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic and supportive clinical team and will contribute to our strong focus on providing safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to residents. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and support to lower classified employees, provide competent clinical care, and complete comprehensive clinical documentation.
Requirements
What you can bring:
- A tertiary qualification or enrolled and currently studying towards a nursing or hospital equivalent certificate;
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- A genuine interest for working in aged care;
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and to lead teams to achieve great outcomes for residents;
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload; and
- Flexibility for shift work.
To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.

The base full-time annual salary (as provided by our enterprise agreement) for an experienced Registered Nurse is between $63,398.40 (graduate) to $92,482.00 (senior nurse, and nurse in charge) plus penalty rates and applicable allowances.
