About the role:
An exciting new opportunity exists to join a high performing and multidisciplinary project team. This role has been created to provide direct support to a major supply contract. You will have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of key stakeholders to achieve results and positive outcomes.
Role Accountabilities:
- Proactively manage project timelines and end to end management of selected projects
- Manage key accounts including quoting amp; tendering, phone/email queries, order management, and relationships against a set range of KPIs
- Ensure site deliveries are well coordinated including ongoing schedule tracking amp; alignment to customer requirements
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key accounts
- Enhance the overall customer experience for key accounts through continuous improvement and a growth mindset
About you:
You are a highly energetic and results focussed individual with a background in customer service or supporting a Sales team. Other requirements include:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in internal or external client service, project administration or project delivery (essential)
- Graduates encouraged to apply or candidates with practical experience in sales, technical sales, engineering, administration, project delivery or estimating (desirable)
- Knowledge of, Oil and Gas or, Civil amp; Infrastructure or Mining, sectors project activity and structures desirable.
- Advanced excel skills are highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional planning, administration and communication skills
