About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Driver Guides to join our team in Broome. These positions are central to ensuring a high level of service delivery for guests during their trip of a lifetime as they experience the breathtaking Horizontal Falls and surrounds! This role will be responsible for operating a mixture of our Dampier Peninsula day-trips in our 4WD Tour Bus, and our town transfers. This is a casual role with a competitive rate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all of our guests
  • Providing entertaining, timely and engaging commentary, presenting information in a clear and professional manner as you take our guests on local experiences full of history and culture
  • Ensuring maximum standards of safety, care, and comfort for our guests
  • Following processes and procedures, promoting the safety culture and ensuring any incidents or hazards are reported and investigated in a timely manner

We would love to speak with you if you have:

  • Current amp; valid Medium Rigid (MR) Drivers license
  • WA Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) authority
  • Current Provide First Aid certificate
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service position
  • A high level of personal presentation and an exceptional ‘can do’ attitude
  • Great communication skills, strong quality service attitude and approach to our guests
  • Ability to safely work effectively within a team, autonomously and unsupervised
  • Have a reasonable level of fitness

This is a unique role where you work throughout our "swings" which are in alignment with our tour schedule and which means you may be scheduled to work on any day of the week, including weekends.
