Who we’re looking for:

This multi-faceted position will be responsible for enablement programs to increase the capability and effectiveness of our Sales and Relationship Management teams and deliver improved customer and commercial outcomes. Enablement programs encompass the development and delivery of onboarding, sales training, resources, and an accreditation program for existing and new products, services, and platforms. With a strong training and internal communications focus, the successful candidate will enjoy the role’s variety working across our entire current and future product and service offering. They will become a subject matter expert, who becomes integral to the success of our Sales and Relationship Management teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build, implement and optimise effective onboarding programs that accelerate time to productivity of new starters in the Sales and Relationship Management teams.
  • Deepen the teams’ knowledge and expertise when demonstrating and selling our current product and service offering, using a range of engaging training techniques.
  • Build and deliver hands-on training experiences to ensure a high level of competency and compliance in, the use and application of, our internal processes and systems (e.g. Salesforce; propriety FleetPartners fleet management software).
  • Build and deliver high quality enablement content to support go-to-market initiatives of new products and services.
  • Build, launch and manage an accreditation program (LMS yet to be confirmed), to ensure team members are confident and competent in delivering products and service sales messages, while providing team member development pathways.
  • Analyse product and service penetration challenges and develop training material which supports customer objection handling, to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure the consistent internal and external delivery of customer values propositions by product or service type.
  • Work with team leaders to identify the training and development needs of each team member, input into Lamp;D plans, and identify knowledge gaps / trends within our business.

Requirements

  • Advance experience building and mentoring highly productive sales teams, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Certificate IV in Training amp; Assessment or related discipline with previous experience in training, instructional design, development of blended learning programs, digital learning, session plans, training aides, assessment, evaluation methods, and learning methods.
  • Someone who loves facilitation and enjoys face-to-face training, as well as working on operational tasks e,g, process mapping.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Someone who can disseminate complex messages into easy-to-understand information modules. A natural trainer that finds it easy to coach people.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal, written) skills
  • Someone who can build and maintain positive relationships across a broad spectrum of employees and personalities, and understands the importance of working as a team.
