IT Service Desk Manager

Our friendly IT team have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Service Desk Manager who has a passion for all things technology to join the team in Sydney. This role upholds excellence in all Service Delivery and Service Management Activities in accordance with ITIL principles.

Rentokil Initial (the world’s largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced team.

Based in Sydney this role will include the following:

• Manage a team of service desk members to support the Pacific IT Service Desk
• Provide capacity planning to ensure timely deployment of Service Desk resources.
• Ensure all assigned tickets are addressed and processed as per the agreed SLA.
• Responding to all customers queries in accordance with defined SLA's.
• Measure service desk performance and manage SLA and Weekly Performance reporting.
• Support, mentor, and manage the team to deliver key KPIs

To ensure your success in this role, you must have:

• Service Delivery Management experience including change management, Problem management and Major Incident Management
• Demonstrated capability supporting Active Directory , Citrix and VmWare.
• Relevant IT qualifications
• Knowledge and understanding of IT systems, their use and applicability in the service industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Google Applications (Gmail, Sheets and Docs)

The successful candidate must be able to complete a Pre-employment medical, drug amp; alcohol screen as well as background checks.
