Job Description

Rentokil-Initial company Ambius Indoor Plants, one of the world's leading indoor plantscaping providers has an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated professional team as as a Service Controller to be responsible for the organisation and scheduling of regular field service activities dealing with external clients and liaising with internal team members..

Duties (though not limited to):

  • Organisation and scheduling of field service activities
  • Communication with external customers and internal team members
  • Responding in a timely manner to customer enquiries/complaints
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Administration of paperwork
  • Use of internal systems and portals
  • Provide effective support to the State Operations/Sales Manager amp; Service Manager, so that the service needs of both internal and external clients are met.
  • Reporting to management of any client or team member feedback
  • Stock issuing amp; receipting
  • Provision of ongoing reports requested by management in relation to field service activities, customer service history, specific productivity and customer retention.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with company internal stakeholders and external clients both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong desire to learn and take initiative
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Respect and adherence to WHS regulations
  • Experience with use of Microsoft Office

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in relation to administration, planning/scheduling, customer service and reporting
  • Proof of vaccination
  • Be able to work Full Time - Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
  • Manage, maintain and build client relationships
