We’re excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for a new business expert Government.
The role will attract a generous base salary package including car allowance, plus uncapped commissions.
Over the past three years, CT has successfully been appointed onto many National and State Government Procurement panels. It is now time for a Government vertical sales representative to come into the business and leverage this success and drive revenue growth and solution adoption in Federal and State Government agencies.
CT has extensive experience and referenceable success within Government IT Solution areas of:
M365, Teams, Azure and PowerApps, Cyber Security, IT Projects, IT Managed Services (Network, Systems and End User); Network Connectivity and Hardware Procurement.
Each month CT are furthering our success in Government Panel Agreements. The panels we are already on - and can be leveraged for further growth!
Whilst we appreciate that you will not necessarily have all the desired skills, to be successful in this role, you will come to us with a good mix of the following:
Experience:
- Likely 5 + Years in selling IT hardware, Projects, Telecommunications and Managed Services in Federal, State and Local Government agencies
- Track record of success in delivering against sales targets
Team Player:
- A demonstrable track record of success in leading tender teams
- Strong work ethic with a team-first mentality
Sales acumen:
- Competency with sales methodologies and CRM technologies
- Ability to inform, refine and follow a Government Go to Market strategy and measure its success
- Strong on end-to-end sales funnel Opening, middle and Closing
- Socials, Articles amp; Blogs: Work with marketing on developing articles and blogs pertinent to CT’s government play
Personal Growth:
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Strong resolve, passionate and Driven
- Able to balance work life commitments
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of time
- Ability to work on the go
Technical Capability:
- Deep understanding of tech, use cases and Domain expertise
- Deep understanding of government buying cycles and protocol
All our team members are required to obtain and maintain a valid Victorian Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
