We are a nimble team focusing on the Microsoft Power Platform, building Power Platform apps, Power Automate flows and levering Power BI to create innovative solutions. Our customer base spans from small not-for-profit organisations to large multi-nationals.

- Balance technical proficiency with people skills. You’ll be a developer, influencer, negotiator, coordinator and hand-holder.
- Capture requirements while finding ways for teams to work more effectively focussing tasks on those that add value.
- Evaluate and analyse processes, create optimised pathways, and look for opportunities to automate.
- Work in an agile way, with an understanding of Minimal Viable Products, Proof of Concepts, and Lean techniques.
- Adaptive communication styles to support stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation.
- Help to setup the processes, learning content, sound business practices, and platform governance tools.
- Keen to continue developing their skills through proactive self-learning.
Your background: The role is part Business Analyst, System Analyst, and Developer, so you will require:
- Minimum 3 years Business or System Analysis, including the ability to convey progressive ideas to senior leaders.
- 2-3 years of demonstrated PowerPlatform or equivalent experience in development skills.
- You might be a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MS MVP) or we can support you achieve this goal.
- Must be located in Perth and willing to work from various locations across WA
