We are currently looking for a Change of Ownership Consultant to join our Practice Advisory Team! Reporting to the Director of Client Engagement, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Change of Ownership process for our firms when they sell/purchase/acquire/merge with other firms, either being other LEAP clients or external firms. This process includes discussions with firms about their options with regards to their LEAP Arrangement as well as their LEAP Datafile and managing the process to completion.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Respond to questions and queries regarding Changes of Ownership, and also Correspondence Export
  • Manage the Change of Ownership process from initial query to paperwork to datafile updates
  • Manage the Correspondence Export process from initial query to completion
  • Proactively manage the Change of Ownership queue and action cases in a timely manner
  • Effectively track all client activity and notes in Salesforce in a timely manner
  • Initiate improvements for business, systems and processes to eliminate any future issues

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills
  • Experience using LEAP systems and services preferred
  • Experience working within the legal industry or legal qualifications (beneficial, but not essential)
