Job Description
As Fonda continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Learning amp; Development Manager to join our team. Reporting into the People amp; Culture Manager, this opportunity will suit an experienced Lamp;D Manager looking to create and drive competency based development to an engaged, and supportive hospitality family.

Requirements
We're looking for someone who aligns with our values and is passionate about developing and delivering the best Lamp;D program to our Fondarians. You've got a love of learning and are able to engage with a variety of audiences. You're as comfortable creating content as delivering it, and have an amazing eye for detail.
- 5+ years experience in Learning and Development
- Experience in building high quality content in areas where you may not be the subject matter expert
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience using an LMS for managing and delivering content
